Radio Frequency Identification( RFID)

Radio frequency identification (RFID) technology is used extensively in intelligent warehouse goods management. Picking/Putting to light system (PTL) will record items and quantity of inbound-outbound goods which will assist workers by increasing work efficiency and reducing picking error rate. An intelligent storage and picking management can be achieved by integrating with WMS and WCS.

There are two kinds of PTL system: Digital Picking System (DPS) and Digital Assorting System （DAS）

Digital Picking System (DPS): The classification of labels is based on goods, and workers will pick goods by the label’s indication.

       Digital Assorting System (DPS): The classification of labels is based on customers. Workers will collect the goods batch for the same customer according to label’s indication.
